Own your own business or work for hire?

What type of work organization is more suitable for you? Some people have entrepreneurial skills, and wage labor is hard work for them. Others are happy to take the responsibility off their shoulders and work for a fixed salary for a boss.

And then there's freelancing. Let's put all of these types in a nutshell:

• hired labor - minimum responsibility, there is a supervisor, stable low income, social guarantees (if you work officially)
• freelance - you are your own supervisor and subordinate, income is variable, depending on orders and your skills
• entrepreneur - passive high profit, i.e. if you make efforts, it will become more, if you do not make efforts, it will not be zero as in previous types, high level of responsibility in decision making.
