Continuing User Agreement.

All Content posted on the Testometrika is either copyright material created by the Testometrika team, or materials with open licenses that allow their free usage, or materials posted by Testometrika Users, or materials with the right to post which is confirmed by their authors.

Testometrika.com administration cannot control the Content posted by Users and is not responsible for the content, which is regulated by the Agreement.

If the Content on the Testometrika infringes your copyright, please let us know using the feedback form .

Please indicate the following information in your message:

• A link to a page on the Testometrika that contains materials that infringe your copyright;

• Information about the copyright holder (name of a legal entity or passport data of an individual, postal and legal address, contact information);

• A copy of documents confirming your copyright (document of state registration, document confirming ownership or copyright, etc.);

• Description of why the distribution of this information is prohibited by the copyright holder;

• Information about the person filing the complaint (name, position, e-mail, copy of the power of attorney to act on behalf of the copyright holder).

You will receive a message about the results of the processing of the complaint within 5 days. According to the current legislation of the RF, the Administration can consider controversial issues during the pre-trial procedure.
