Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Continuing User Agreement.

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, I freely express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by testometrika.com, including the usage of Internet services Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, Google Doubleclick.

Personal data is any information relating to an individual or an individual determined on the basis of such information.

I have given this Consent to the processing of the following personal data:

My name (including first and last name from social networks, if this registration method was chosen), email, gender, date of birth (for statistics and improving personal recommendations), photo, social network profile url, cookies, test answers, test results.

Consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and / or without using such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for the current legislation of the RF in both manual and automated ways.

This consent to the processing of my personal data is given to the Operator for the following purposes:

• providing me with services / works;

• sending notifications regarding the services / works provided, including advertisement;

• preparing and sending answers to my inquiries;

• sending information, including advertising, about the events / goods / services / works of the Operator;

• marketing and other research;

• control and improvement of the quality of services of the Company;

• statistical reporting;

• conducting the promotions, surveys, testing and research on the Testometrika by the operator;

• it is possible to transfer anonymized user data (statistics, segment studies, etc.) to third parties.

This consent is valid from the moment you gain access to the materials of the Testometrika until it is withdrawn by sending a notice using the feedback form . If I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On personal data "dated June 27, 2006.

Account and Personal Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data from the Testometrika website and applications available on Google Play and Apple Store in the following ways:

• Self-deletion: Go to the profile page in the account settings section to find the option to delete your account.

• Via the feedback form: Write to us through the feedback form on the Contacts page, indicating a request to delete your account.

After you submit a request to delete your account, we will process your application and delete all personal data associated with your account. Please note that this process may take some time.
