Terms and Definitions

Testometrika - a set of programs for electronic computers and other information contained in the information system, access to which is provided through the information and telecommunications network "Internet" under the domain name testometrika.com and all of its subdomains and test.
User - a person who gets access to information posted on the Testometrika
Personal data - information that allows the registration and authorization of the User, posted by the User in the registration form and in the Personal Account, as well as information obtained in the course of answering test questions on the Testometrika. This information may contain the User's name, e-mail address and other information that the User considers necessary, as well as answers to test questions and test results that are stored in the Testometrika database.
Content - the results of intellectual activity, hypertext links, their fragments, information, widgets, images and other objects posted on the Testometrika.
Company - a legal entity that is the copyright holder of the Testometrika.
Administration - authorized persons of the Company.

By accessing the materials of the Testometrika, the User is considered to have acceded to this agreement and confirms his full agreement with the terms of this agreement in accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the RF.
In case of disagreement with any terms of the agreement, the User undertakes to immediately stop using the Testometrika.
The Testometrika Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement at any time. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Testometrika, stop using the materials and services of the Testometrika.

The User has the right to post Content on the Testometrika in accordance with the terms of this agreement, while the User retains intellectual and any other rights that belong to him in relation to the Content.
The Testometrika user does not have the right to post on the Testometrika Content, the publication of which may cause losses, moral harm, and also if its placement violates someone's rights and the current legislation of the RF.
In the event of damage to third parties, other Users or the Testometrika, the User undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in accordance with the current legislation of the RF.
The user is warned that the Testometrika Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Testometrika.

The Testometrika Administration is not responsible for the disclosure by the User of his Personal data and personal information.
The Testometrika Administration has the right to delete or transfer to another section of the Testometrika any User Content without notice and explanation.
The Testometrika Administration does not control the observance of copyright for intellectual property and is not responsible for violation of them by the Testometrika Users.
The Testometrika Administration and the Company are not responsible for the inaccuracy, and incompleteness of the Content posted by the Users.
The Company is not liable to the User for possible losses due to interruptions in the operation of the Testometrika.
The Testometrika Administration uses information about the actions of the User (cookies) and information voluntarily posted by the User (including the results of passing tests) in order to improve the user experience and operation of the Testometrika.
The Testometrika Administration has the right to close (including for performing technical work), suspend access or change the Testometrika without prior notice to the User.
The Administration ensures the storage of Personal Data. Storage is carried out indefinitely until the User sends a request to delete his credentials from the Testometrika through the feedback form .
The Testometrika Administration and the Company are not responsible for the integrity and safety of the Content posted on the Testometrika.

The use of materials from the Testometrika (including Content, source code, design and style, layout, illustration, original structure) without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed.
By submitting the Content, the User guarantees that he has all the rights necessary to post the Content and grant the rights to the Content in accordance with the terms of this agreement and current legislation.
By submitting the Content, the User grants the Company non-exclusive rights to reproduction, public display, processing without limiting the territory and term, without paying remuneration to the User.
When citing materials from the Testometrika, a link to the Testometrika is required (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the RF).
The user is responsible for all consequences associated with the publication of the Content sent by him.
The user does not become a co-author of the Testometrika by submitting his Content using forms and e-mail.
The terms of this agreement relating to the transfer by the User of the rights to the Content remain in force after the termination of this agreement.
When transferring any rights to the Company's Content, the User is deprived of the right to withdraw them (Article 1269 of the Civil Code of the RF).

The recognition by the court of any term of the agreement as invalid or not subject to enforceability does not entail the invalidity of other terms of the agreement.
The agreement comes into force from the moment you visit the Testometrika and is valid for the entire period of use of the Testometrika.
The Testometrika Administration and the Company are not responsible for the disclosure of Personal Data that occurred as a result of the disruption of the Testometrika.
The user accepts the term that all materials and services of the Testometrika or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Testometrika Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
The user agrees to receive information, news and advertising mailings from the Testometrika, but can unsubscribe from them at any time using the unsubscribe function.
The use of automated scripts to collect information on the Testometrika without the special permission of the Administration is prohibited.
The results of our online tests and other Testometrika Content are provided as they are and should not be construed as providing professional or certified advice of any kind.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, then you do not have the right to visit the pages of the Testometrika.
