Biology Quiz: Cell Structure

The main difference between living organisms and nonliving objects is their structure. Living organisms are made up of cells. Students begin studying cell structure, how cells work, and their similarities and differences in Grade 5. One thing is clear: the more complex an organism is, the more special features its cells have. The first cell was discovered by the English scientist Robert Hooke in 1665. Since then, this microscopic structure has been studied in greater detail. Thanks to organelles, cells perform specific functions. In biology classes, students need to remember the organelles and their functions, as well as how some cells differ from others. How well do you remember your school biology course?
