Ambidexterity (Eng. ambidexterity, from Latin ambi – both and dexter – right, meaning "with both hands") – a person's ability to use both hands equally easily and skillfully to perform various tasks. Traditionally, a person prefers to use one hand for most actions, which is called the dominant hand. In contrast, ambidextrous people can perform the same tasks with both hands without a noticeable difference in skill level or speed of performance.
