Introversion – is a personality trait expressed in a person’s orientation toward their inner world. Introverts tend toward deep self-analysis and prefer solitude or communication with a small number of close people over a wide circle of social contacts. This is not a pathology, but reflects one of the normal spectra of the human psyche. Introversion characterizes people who feel more comfortable in calm and familiar surroundings, where they can focus on their thoughts and feelings.
