What is the difference between psychological and physiological hunger? The latter is usually very easy to identify: it occurs when we feel, for example, a rumbling in the stomach, lack of energy and irritability. Then we realize that we just need to eat, and soon it will pass. As for psychological hunger, it is not so simple... Many people simply do not know how to identify it and suffer from it (sometimes even for years!). It is difficult for them to get rid of it. Such hunger is not satisfied by a simple trip to the fridge. A different, more deliberate approach is needed here.
